Is there a performance chip ( better mpg mainly) for 07 Nav?

I honestly don't think a diesel will fix it either. My F-250 is getting 13 MPG city right now and it has the 6.0 with less emission crap than the current PSD.
I can see the Expy gaining 1,500-2,000 lbs with a PSD option. That extra weight would keep any significant MPG gains from happening.
The PSD would be very nice though. And maybe a solid rear axle?

I would be happy with 21. I am lucky to get 18mpg on the highway. What do I expect? I expect Ford to come up with some innovative technologies like GM has put out. GM has had SUVs with hybrids and engines that shut off cylinders that increase milage for several years. When I bought my Expedition in 2007 I thought about waiting because GM had just come out with a hybrid and I was sure Ford would follow suit. Good thing I went ahead and bought the Expedition because I would still be waiting.

Have you actually driven a newer Chevy or Dodge with the MDS? Or paid for the Hybrid Tahoe?
The MDS system is great on paper, but it's a real PITA on the road. And the price-tag to pick up a Hybrid is outrageous.
all said and done though, the competitor has roughly the exact same MPG as the Expy. They are within 1-2 MPG. Have you considered slowing down a bit?
