sas almost complete!

so i have my d60 in with the 350 springs, and it brought up the front of the truck about 3 inches! (springs and axle were from a 93 350 7.3, and i have a 5.8 gasser ) and its about 3/4 inches higher than the back so i hope it will settle down in a little wile. but i went to put in my drive shaft, and had to compress it all the way to get it to fit in (there is still about 1/4 play on the short side) so my question is...is ride height the shortest my drive shaft will ever get? or should i get it shorted up and inch to split the difference? i will cycle the axle and body around tomorrow to see if it bottoms out and binds. i would like to get out of this with the best bang for the buck. i dont want to spring for a 350 shaft and t-case yoke, because i am not worried about the possible vibration at 40mph because i dont think i will ever go that fast in 4x4. already over budget (and still need a front sway bar and mounts) so anyways...what do you guys think? i will post up some picks if i can ever figure out how...thanks

Adam

....Of course your front shaft is gonna get shorter when the suspension cycles. Try hitting a pothole or bump. You will need to get a shorter shaft otherwise you'll run into bigger problems down the road.
