Vacuum question
Once i got uner the hood and tested all the vacuum lines and determined i wasnt leaking vacuum, the only things left were to check the brake booster and check valve. the checkl valve was working fine, but i noticed that the master cylinder, which was a A1 Cardone with less than 1000 miles on it was leaking. I removed it but found no fluid where it connects to the booster. The master cylinder was only leaking from around the resevoir. So not only had my master cylinder started leaking, my A1 Cardone brake booster which i replaced at the same time had also taken a dump for an unknown reason. Got new ones at the local O'riellys and installed them in about an hour. Brakes are back to normal. Sorry it took me so long. How'd you guys end up? Figure it out?
i have not been working on my truck b/c it work and i need it for work. but i think i still have issues. if i am sitting in park at idle and i hit the brake pedal i hear a whooooshing sound coming from the location of the booster. does that sound like a bad booster. my booster holds vacumm just fine.
Here is the link to my latest issue. if you have any ideas that would be cool.

I replace master cyl, then brake boost now vacuum pump. It has 224,000 on it and its a 97. Went out all at once so thought it was the master, Getting tired of replacing everything. Might as well buy a newer one.
