Just bought the truck in the pics below, I was hoping to trailer it home on my equipment trailer and get some info from the VIN which is in one of the pics also. Any idea on the curb weight of this truck?
What a beautiful example, I have a turquoise 66 f100 with a white roof, I wanna do the same to this truck. I know a guy who must have 6 or more N series trucks but unfortunately they will probably rot into the ground

It would be nice if you color cordinate your N-600 to have the same paint scheme as your '66 F100.
Why those 6 N-SERIES Trucks will rot into the ground???? Owner won't sell them????
If that is the case, that is unfortunate. Near my home there are 4 FORD F800-F950 SUPER DUTY trucks (1961-1969) but none of the owners want to come to a deal with me. I was hoping to get all 4 and make 1 TRUCK out of all of them. But one guy wants $16,000 for one F850.
In the theme of restorations, I think that using the most STOCK PARTS possible is the best way to go. I see MUSCLE CARS going into AUCTION going for HIGH CASH, when in many cases it is a car that has 85% reproduction parts and just 15% of the factory parts. So they pay for a PARTS CATALOG CAR.
On my way soon to a place were there is said that I will find 3 FORD N-SERIES trucks, one of them a TANDEM AXLE ONE with a DIESEL....The good news????? They are in the "desert" part of PUERTO RICO so no rain and humidity means NO RUST!!!!
wow 3 of em? not bad. The guy I know hoards trucks, probably has close to 100 but they sit, no plans for em, wont sell, trade or nothing. On of the Ns is a tractor, the rest are dumps etc. The tractor has been restored and sits in a hi cube container i think.

Would be nice to see that GUY on an episode of "HOARDERS, BURING YOURSELF ALIVE"... I would volunteer myself for the CLEAN-UP TEAM and take away (away with me) some of those N-SERIES TRUCKS.
The town actually got involved, so I hear he bulldozed a hill in front of the area so that you can't see anything from the road. They've had a problem with scrappers recently with the high price of metals
Sure did, decided to pay and have it towed instead of paying for gas down and two trucks back and possibly paying for a tow or ticket if anything went wrong. Already got a door stripped and ready for some epoxy primer too.
