help with my 88
Ive got an 88 f350 dually with a 460 EFI. when you first start it it idles around 2000rpm, when you put it in gear it drops to 1000rpms. After driving it for awhile say 30 min and its warm it hesitates and dies when you try to accelerate but if you back of the gas it will sit and idle but really bad, sometimes it will die but you can immediately restart it and it idles fine but high at 2000rpms. If you sit long enough for the engine to cool down it will start and run with a high idle for another 30 min till its warm again then it has the same problem all over again. Ive removed the CAT and it has dual exhaust replaced the TPS tried to find a Vacuum leak and havent had any luck tried spraying starting fluid around the throttle body and intake and egr to see if its leaking there no luck.Also when driving at 65mph the rpms are around 3300rpms. Please help my wallet cant handle throwing parts at it and putting gas in it. Also no check engine light on but I know it does work. Any help would greatly be appreciated thanks.

Try cleaning the IAC real good, or replacing it, does the motor need a tune-up?...and be careful spraying that starting fluid around
