I think something broke loose in my IP or somewhere in the fuel system. My truck all of a sudden runs like a rapped ape. I did absolutely nothing and started it yesterday to go to work and it had conciderably more power. What would cause this. Also what rpm is the governor set. I can not get my truck above 2900rpm in any gear, not that i want to but just curious
3000 is the max RPM I have ever seen out of these engines, 2900 is right there with 3000, the extra 100 RPM probably doesnt do much of anything for power or torque...
