i know there are topics all over this site and i have been reading for days on here. I have a 2006 Ford F350 which blew the motor (thanks to bullydog) i replaced it with a running 2004 6.0L no bulldog installed both motors had 160,000km on them and the truck is hard to start and even after you manage to get it started there is no turbo. I have taken it to several different FORD shops and has cost me $2482 in diagnostic time and still no answer. so any help much appreciated. Here is what is done
EGR Delete
New FICM
New PCM
New Glow plug Module
Replaced 2 Injectors
New Starter
New Turbo
New Alternator
New Batteries
and still takes roughly 45mins to start after you use 3 battery booster and a truck to keep it cracking. Once started it has no turbo and the oil pressure guage jumps. Also you can drive it up to 80km for 8km then the batteries and truck dies. I have oil pressure it reaches my turbo when i unbolt the top oil hose of the turbo oil comes out during cranking, also when i removed the valve covers and cranked the motor oil gets to the top as well. Any help is much appreciated before this truck cost me more than what i bought it for back in 2006.
