reciever hitch question

I have a 1978 F150 2wd, with a reciever hitch on it. I want to install this hitch on my 1990 Bronco. Will it fit??? from what I have read and measured it should fit fine but I want to make sure before I submit to the torture.

I would advise that you just get a new hitch. I probably will since around those years the bronco was based upon a truck frame but I bet it will be murder trying to get it off.
