FX4 decals are different. That's the only cosmetic difference that I know of.

I have a December 2010 Job 2 Lariat with the interior package and have no heated rear window.

I don't think it made it to all Job 2s.

When I ordered my Job 2, the heated rear window was its own option.

I may be mistaken, but weren't some of the early Job 2 orders held up over the heated rear window option? It definitely was not an option on the Job 1 trucks.

Exclamation

I have a 12 and I clearly remember reading in their literature of 1 touch down driver and passenger window controls/ Well I dont have passenger 1 touch. At first lariots were to have plastic running boards and that changed. Also on the overhead console there is a switch in the middle, what might it be? I cant notice it doing anything and the manual says consoles differ depending on options, thats it.

Switch in the middle of the overhead console is for the Electric sliding rear window.....which on a 2012 would be heated...I don't think it's optional not to be heated on a slider...

I was waiting to hear about those as I am planning on changing my switches on my '11. Question is, is your 1 touch down only or is it 1 touch down/up?

That is disappointing it is driver only though.

Booo! That is the same as the '11 and like you, I understood it was to be changed for '12 to 1 touch down/up for both driver and front passenger.

Why did Ford do this on $60K trucks? I rent cars almost weekly and to my recollection, the lower priced Ford vehicles I get all have 1 touch down/up window controls for both front windows.

Interesting, the manual even says it should be both sides 1 touch up and down but I dont. I dont think I want it changed for I have no confidence they can get it right. These guys claimed it took 2 hours to install plastic running boards,an option that a earlier build guide said would be standard. I think they take full advantage of features may change wording
