They should. I put X running boards on my truck and to my knowledge all the trucks (1999-2011) can interchange running boards if they are the same cab style (Crew, SuperCab or Reg Cab). Now I just need to hook up the lights.

The bed length should only matter if you are talking about steps that go from "wheel to wheel". In that case, they won't fit the X.
