Superchip question, please help
Ok I haven't posted or asked anything for awhile, guess I've been busy under the EX, just put on the hellwig rear bar, new rancho's, both of the front ball joints, and now I was wondering I had a superchip plugged into my truck 7.3 and it was unlocked, downloaded a program fine and then the truck wouldn't start, went back to stock and still wouldn't turn over, ran the test and it said anti theft device, cleared the code and started fine. Is this a common problem or if downloaded properly will it not happen? Kinda confused about getting one now. Thanks.

Its the PATS system......key out of ignition....put key in amd turn on but do not start........look at thefy light....should be blinking fast.....wait 30 to 45 seconds or until it starts to blink slow or goes out.......turn the key off and remove it from the ignition.........wait 15 seconds....turn key on.....do not start....look at theft light.....should be blinking slow......normal mode.....when wait to start light goes out it should start normal

You can download your superchips program...you will love it......I use level two......tow performance...........more power more fuel mileage.......you will need to go thru the procedure again to start it
