manuals

Where is a good place to get factory service manuals for my 2004 F150 Lariat 4x4? I have a nice complete set for my '85 GT 5.0. I would like to have a set for my truck so I can do some of the maintenance myself (specs and all)..

I was looking on ebay..I am a little confused. They all list for the Heritage edition.. Is that all 2004 F150s?

Nope, there were two 2004 F150s. Left over 2003s were called "Heritage" models. New body style 2004s look like the rest of the 2004-2008 trucks.

got it thanks...also, how many manuals are there for the 2004 f150? I assume similar to my '85 GT. There are 3 service manuals (vol1-3) an EVTM, an emissions and control manual (min is thick and hard plastic bound).

Back when I got them for my 97 it was 2 volumes and you could add or remove parts as needed. These are now paperback volumns.
