Don't start a new one for the same issue.
Are you awhere of what the start circuit consists of?
You already waisted money before checking other items by guessing.
There is a start relay that has either burnt closed contacts or the start lead has a hard battery cross keeping the relay energized.
Look for the start relay on the fire wall near the battery.
