oh, still isn't back huh, poor guy, that really sucks. Well I'll be patient. I sent him a couple messages as I need a Fan clutch and confirmation as to the warranty on a part that just failed and a top pulley.

I think he went back for a while, but it was too soon an he needed to take some more time to finishing healing. I'll try to find out more a RRE this week and post up.

That is who screwed me. I always delt with Ben and Will. I called there the other day to hear 8 or so sales people quit and 9 techs or so did the same thing. Seems they organized a mass walkout and weren't ordering parts and other organized sabatoge. I don't know this to be fact but that is what the guy told me. He said they did it Monday morning. I'd been waiting 3 weeks for a set of x-codes for my dad. I called once and went in there once asking about my order. Ben kept telling me he was having a hard time getting them and one set got sold out from under him when he was on his day off.
Sucks.
