Question, If you go with the black FX4 grille, what are you going to do with your chrome bumpers? Personally, I'm not sure that will be aesthetically pleasing. The chrome grille and chrome bumpers work as it sits. It's quite sharp.
Maybe you could have the bumpers and steps powdercoated a gloss black? The powdercoat is more durable than paint.
Interesting point. I had thought the black grill would go with the black/white theme that is running on the truck, but that the chrome bumpers would still flow well with the wheels and side steps. Maybe not...

Well in your defense, the chrome would all be "low" on the truck, so maybe you're right. Picturing it in my head with a black grille though is a little difficult. Maybe black crossbars with chrome mesh inserts behind it? Basically a reverse of what you have right now. Might tie the look together.

That would be cool! It would match the wheels perfectly. I'll have to look into that.

Well done on the truck, just curious on the offset of your wheels.

Thanks

That looks awesome man. I did smoked Recon clearance lights on my white 06 FX4 with HD heads. It looked good, but your truck is going to look better.

Get the smoked covers, they tie in with the white/black theme much better

I'm starting to lean that way. Smoked Recon clearance covers and smoked marker lights in the mirrors. That would look pretty darn good!
