BTW welcome to the internet, I too have bennefitted from its existence as well. See I got the truck shipped up north from Florida after researching towing numbers here. I had to struggle with getting results. Just because we have this wonderful website as a tool, doesnt mean its easy to find helpful and correct answers. And if you dont know what question(s) to ask for its even more out of reach.

Thumbs up

rebelbrowser:

Welcome to the site. Hey I am also new here, but in the couple of days I have been on the site I have found several helpful ideas to help me become more familiar with my truck. I have searched several topics that I probably would have glazed over normally because I have gotten lots of great ideas and positive solutions on the topics that I came here looking for help on. I guess what I am saying is you‘ll only get out what you put in to begin with. I came to the site just to see if it was feasible to keep my truck or sell her off due to mechanical difficulties. After just a short time reading some of the posts I am thinking its time to fix her up and make something to be proud over. Believe me that is going to take a LOT of time and work but with the help from members here I feel I have a wealth of knowledge to draw from. Thanks everyone for being so helpful. I do appreciate it…

agreed, but time is of the essence somtimes. I lack patients as it is, let alone hammering away at a keyboard with my two or three fingers. Unfortunatly for you all, but i try to stop asap. My Alter Ego takes over. anyway, i am trying to make sense of this too.
It seems first you anounce your truck to the world, (a title) then wanna know from them , what can be done to a truck. (modestly put considering the things we've all seen done to trucks)
As if, next we want a list of links related to our specific trucks ?
If so, whos's the biggest and whats the url address ?
BTW, the HTML only makes me "dangerous" too ! (lets leave it to the proffessionals K?)
I do not usually see alot of pics here when i am threading through. And thats probly a good thing, right ? the end !

Much respect goes out to all the tens of thousands. I just found this info using the gallery. I am happy there are 5 others here somewhere, with the same truck. sorta, though it would have been nice to see a duelly pull down option, just to see if I've been spelling it right ! link link

Thanks I will start to search more.
I tend to put catchy words in hopes that more people will read my topic so that way I can get more responces.
I will search harder before I flood the forum with my little things.

quick question where can i find the out if a 1975 460 ford engine will bolt in the place of a 6.9 diesel (f 250 2 wheel drive auto.) Also will the trans that is in the truck work on the 460 cid? I believe it is a c 6 not over drive.
Thanks
