2008 Mercury Mariner Windshield Washer not working

My wife has a 2008 Mercury Mariner w/ 4 banger and the windshield washer fluid in the front of the car hasn't worked in some time. I don't here any sound coming from the pump when you hit the button so I think it is dead but I can't tell...anyone have any ideas. Is the pump in the reservoir? Thanks!

I think the pump is mounted to the reservoir, which in a 2007, at least, is on the passenger side, in front of the wheel well. Things to check are fuse, multi-function switch, wires from fuse box to switch and switch to motor, pump motor, fluid level, hoses, and nozzles.
I'd jump to the easiest things to check 1st, such as the fuse, then the power to the pump motor.
