My 7.3 keeps dying and won't start back

I don't think thats part of my problem but I do know that if that light is on,its not gonna start.

Figured it out myself. Pulled the superchip out and everything worked just fine like it should. Gonna order a new chip tomorrow.

Glad to see you figured it out. It may have just flaked out over the CPS. Now that you have it running again try to reinstall the chip.

Not to kick you while you're down. The CPS issue was the very reason we got rid of our 00' PSD. The CPS sent us packing twice in 49K the last time was a cold winter night with the wifey 8mos pregnant. It was traded that following monday.
