AE question

I'm looking at getting the enhanced ford software and was wondering what operating systems you guys were using and brand of laptop. I see AE was using toshiba by the FAQ's on their site. I would be looking at running it on a dell with windows vista 32bit.

ugh

I would call AE personally on running it on Vista. Dell, Toshiba, or any other PC maker is fine, but Vista can be a demon at times, this coming from a 25 year career IT guy. The best answer you can get will be from the horses mouth so to speak, that bein AE themselves. I have AE running on both XP and Win 7 at work for the small truck shop, but we totally skipped Vista do to said demons.....

I agree AE could answer this better. I have not had any issues with Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 7 32, & Windows 7 64.
