Air conditioner problems 2002 powerstroke

I need help. Have a 2002 crew cab 4x4 psd. The air conditioner blows cold when the engine is at an idle. When I take off driving it blows hot. If I punch it and get up to about 80mph, it's cold again. If I drop speed, it's hot again. It doesn't need coolant, it's full. I think it's a sensor but which one I don't know. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
