He is Good...You should check out the Toronto Metropolitan Police Winged Wheels Motorcycle Show...They perform every year at the Mountain State Forest Festival in Elkins, WV... Very entertaining! I know, I'm a hillbilly!!!
No doubt that he's good, but he did have a little help--the footpegs and frame would pretty much prevent that bike from tipping over as long as he keeps his body upright (not hard to do at low speed). And he did scrape those footpegs a LOT in that video--more than just incidental scrapes, too--he was using them to his advantage. But he's still good, no question on that, it still took impeccable timing to do that course.

I don't have sound on my work computer, so I couldn't hear any scraping. I sure didn't see any. Regardless, that's a cop that takes his skills to a completely different level. I ride my bike to work everyday that it's not raining (yes, I'm a fair weather rider), and I try very hard to not put my feet down in slow traffic. You use rear brake, and keep the clutch in the friction zone. Short, tight turns are really challenging, and turns like in the video take years to do that well for that length of time (I'm no where near that skill level, and probably never will be). The video is amazing.
ok, heard the scraping of the floorboards on my home computer. BTW, the floorboards aren't going to keep the bike from tipping. They fold up, I assume so that when they do scrape, they don't cause the bike to hop- which anyone that has ever forgotten to raise the side stand can tell you will scare the doo doo out of you.
i could do that!!! but i would end up in the hospital with road rash lol..ok just kidding.. that guy has mad skills!!! and beleive me manuvering an lectra glide like that is not easy at all!!! let alone doing it on a sportster or something!
