About a month ago my 06 popped the p0671 code. No issues starting, but the CEL drives me nuts!
I tested the ohms on #1 GP and got .02 ohms on the lowest setting. Naturally I broke the harness while removing, so I went ahead and purchased 4 new GP's and a new harness for the passenger side. I cleared the code with the SG and no more CEL!!!
The trick using a piece of wire to remove the harness worked like a champ!
On another subject, I pulled the EBP sensor off to clean it. The tube was completely clear, but the sensor a little soot inside. It wasn't completely clogged though. Does it have to be completely clogged to have issues with the sensor? The reason I asked is because I get a p2099 code when pulling my trailer. The MAP sensor is next on the list to look at.
