Assuming that no oil from the ICP sensor means that you see little-to-no pressure reading from a functional ICP sensor:

Is it possible that an aftermarket oil filter was used? If so (and the filter is too short), the drain valve at the bottom of the oil filter cannister will stay open and starve the HPOP.

I see from your other thread that it is an 05. I have read that the STC fitting can catastrophically fail - to the point that there is no base oil pressure. I suppose that would also mean that it would ultimately cause low/no pressure at the ICP sensor ....

I do believe there is an aftermarket filter....looks to be a wix cover, not OEM.

Motorcraft, Racor, International, or Fram - nothing else!

Wix has caused a lot of problems. Get the right filter in there .......... AND the proper cap as well!!!

Oil cap and filter was pulled to find no oil in the valley for lack of the proper term.

WIX filter and cap was replaced with NAPA cap and filter and it fired up. Frustrated as hell, but at least I got my truck back.
