A/C clutch relay position?

I'm trying to troubleshoot why my A/C pump clutch isn't engaging. I've tried jumping the low pressure switch and you can hear something click but the clutch isn't engaging. I was wondering if it's got a stuck relay.... The truck is a 99 SD with the 6.8... any help would be great guys to as I can't find my owners manual.... I know dumb me for taking it out of the truck lol

See signature for an owner's manual.

The 99 SD doesn't have an AC clutch relay as the coil is driven directly by the series circuit of the mode switch, the high pressure switch, and the low pressure cycling switch. See the FAQs in the HVAC section of the main forum for more common problems.
