like suggested in another thread check your fanclutch wire harness at the fan shroud could cause your no start along with yor main engine fuse problems
look right at the braket that mounts to fan shroud I had a wire cocked prety hard against the braket that would have chaffed sooner or later

there is an issue with end shaft play the cause the fan to wobble and cut the wires. the wobble has been know to happen at only certin temps. normally when hot. testing the pump when cold often leads to no problem found with the pump.
the other option is that the stator (inner shround) is damaged and not retining the connector correctly.
