Hazard Lights, Help?

Hazard Lights, Help?
I have a 1977 F100 stepside, I've been having trouble with the rear lights. I found the body/frame is used as the ground and it was not working. So I ran another wire into the rear lights and tied it to the frame. Now all the lights work but the rear hazards, front hazards work. Any help would be much appreciated!
