Old turbos

Are old turbos worth keeping?
Are they rebuildable or is there any market for them?
Ive got one out of a 2007 and not sure whether to junk it or keep it?

depending on condition they have value. I have sold a few myself. pricing range from $300 for one that will work well enugh to sell a truck to $750 for a low milage very clean unit.
