Very strange problem that I'm having with my 92 truck. Last Feb I took a hard right turn with the truck, and she immediately ran like crap, eventually stalling, refusing to start. She eventually started that same day, and ran fine until the other day, same thing, I was pushing the truck a bit because I was running late and she ran bad and quit running. She would start after a half hour, but then died again after a couple of miles. This lasted two days, through parts at it but did not help. Was broke down waiting a bit, then she started again as usually. Oddly she has been running fine since that day....any ideas guys?...no codes

Sounds electrical to me. You may want to get a reading from the 5volt line somewhere and start wiggling different wires around sensors. Could also be 12 volt line somewhere and another possibility is a BAD ground wire. I removed all the old ground straps from both of my '92's and installed new ones. Made a huge difference. Also, if this has the 2G alternator, the plug for the alt has been known to become brittle and become loose, and some cases, has caught fire. Could be a bad connection from the ALT, perhaps bad or corroded battery cables and/or connection to the block/frame.
I know this a broad diagnosis, but's the best I can offer for the time being. Also, when you replaced the TFI, did you replace it with a Motorcraft part and not a "MasterPro" part from China? Have heard of this happening several times, but since you stated it has ran fince since the last misfortune of leaving you stranded, I thought I would offer that tidbit as well.
