LPOP and harmonic balancer

LPOP and harmonic balancer
Getting ready to replace my LPOP and noticed my balancer looked a little banged up? So my questions are, how much oil do you lose when changing it or do I need to do it at an oil change? From the picture do you think I should replace the harmonic balancer?

I haven't looked at it while running yet, just noticed it looked a little chewed up when I was changing out a CPS. The picture shows the worst of it but the whole rubber piece has little cut on it. I have know idea where it came from or what caused it. Just figured if I'm pulling it off and it needs to be replaced might as well do it once.
