Cargo Bay Windows??

My folks have a Navigator ('07 I think) and are having trouble getting the "pop out" windows closed on either side of the cargo bay. Are these simple manual latches or electric? If manual, how do they close (I haven't been able to budge them)?
Thanks,

My 2010 are electric. The switches are in front of the sliding sun/moon roof.

Hope this helps.

Easy to find in the dark with the panel lights on, just look up at the ceiling just forward of the conversation mirror (on my Expy). Large rocker switch. Driver's side closes them.

I bought an Expedition a couple months ago, never realized the back windows did that and never noticed that button in the overhead lights...
My wife turned on a map light one evening, turned it off.. no problems.
Next day Im driving my kids to daycare and in the side mirror I notice the back glass is slapping open and closed a little on bumps.

I hope out, and realize I can move the glass with my finger! I call around for some prices to re 'set' the glass and seal it, the places I called did not answer..
i look inside and see the mechanics of the glass and figure it out...

boy was I relieved!

I open these frequently to exhaust air from the cabin and let the heater or air conditioner pump air into the cabin. I can hear and feel the air flow from the dash vents slow considerably when I close them.

I have an XLT and had to specifically option them in '07. They may be standard now or in the fancier trim lines.
