One for the math savvy

I have a '89 F-150 2WD. I have a 302 and a mazda 5-speed tranny. I have LT235/75R15 tires. What gear ratio's would be suitable. I need the low end gearing for hauling my quad and sled but I need the RPM's not to be too high on the highway. I don't know the final gear ratio of the tranny I know its more than 1:1. Thanks for any help available. We need to find the curcumference of the tires. Then calculate the rpm of the tires and axle at 100 kph, work it backwards through the various ratios ( 3:10, 3:55, 4:10, 4:55 ) through the 1:1 tranny and not exceed around 3000 RPM or so. Thanks again guys.
