Problem with Superchip Tuner...

Phil, no way around it. The tuner caused a program change that could not be recovered.
Only way is to have a dealer reflash your PCM from the 'as built data base' from Ford.
For that service you will get the PATS system reflashed if you have the option along with your 2 keys because there are other things involved with a re-flash.
You may get away with as little as $300 but count on more depending on how good the dealer wants to treat you.
Your problem is always the risk when using a tuner of any sort.
There are some people who buy a truck that has had the program changed unknowlingly with a tuner then get into trouble and get a surprise over it when something happens and cannot get by the reason why.
My data says a code 9 may be a fuel issue on bank 2 but no indepth discription.
By the way, Superchips will not give you any support for any issue such as this. On the end of the telephone, they cannot fix anything so will tell you the response you got, they know will solve your issue.
