A First Look at the 2012 Ford Super Duty .: Articles=
seems like nothing new to me except a propane/compressor engine option, whatever that is.
Too bad about the Ranger's death:Why Doesn't Ford Think the Ranger is All-American? .: Articles
I also drive a 98' S10 2Wd as our "ghetto Cruiser". That thing has been seriously abused and always lived to tell another story. And, tows a couple thousand lbs with a littler 1" hitch reciever. The Ranger in that picture looks like a small Tundra which I like. I wouldn't mind a Ranger at all, 4WD. And, of course it's got to be cheaper than an F150 otherwise why do it.

The chrome package for the gas engine trucks includes 18" chrome clad wheels now, but the price didn't go up much. The chrome package with a Diesel engine includes 20" chrome clad wheels, so the price went up a lot because the regular 20" wheel option is already over $1k more.
Lariat and King Ranch models come with a power sliding rear window with a defroster, which can be added to an XLT for $405.
The 5th wheel prep package is available on short beds now.
A while back someone on here posted an early Canadian market Order Guide which listed one-touch up and down front windows and adjustable head rests, but I don't see any mention of those options. That Order Guide also indicated that all SRW Diesel trucks were switching to vacuum boost brakes, but I see no mention of that either.
Oh, and you can't order a navigation unit now, at least on the Lariat I built on the Ford site. I belived that is related to the earthquake in Japan which also eliminated a couple of color choices.
