I was just looking into those yesterday 2000Expy. Then I went and saw the prices and got a little sticker shock.
The Swept Side single outlet is $295. Which isn't back but it's aluminized. The Stainless steel is $425.
The Dual sport was $355 for aluminized and $485 for SS.
The FlowMaster Force II is a bit cheaper but also Aluminized.
I think I am going to go with 1999XLT's word and just get one. I know for a fact my wife babies the gas pedal cause she drives me nuts with it if I let her drive. So all should be well.
well i finally got the flow put on. i wanted to get dual's but the guys at merlin's told me i have some air ride and sensors on the driver side so i should just run a single pipe. i got 3" cat back and 2 1/2" out with a 3" tip. when i rev up the engine it sounds louder then my friends lt1 with flowmasters. i got the orginal 40 series and it ran to about 275 with an oil change.
Careful with the duals! I melted my break lines on the left side, and nearly my spare tire as well. I decided with the 70 series single out, and really cut down on under truck heat. No power change that I can notice either.
