Funny how old things pop up(so my wife says!!! ).

I'm not expert, but don't give up on these A/C systems. Like the rest of the vehicle, it's brute force.

 

Old thread, but Ive got a related question about the Heater Control Valve hoses. My 7.3 downpipe melted my hose that comes off the rear facing port of the heater control valve, and has a 90 degree bend near the firewall before it enters a T back in that area. I am looking for a source or part number/diagram for this hose, but am coming up empty handed.

If nobody has any ideas, I may just go to the parts store and ask to look around at their inventory of 5/8" hoses to make my own..
