'56-'64 Rear Spring Shackles...

'56-'64 Rear Spring Shackles...
Greetings!
I have a '59 F-100 Panel that I am having trouble finding some parts for, the rear leaf spring shackles specifically.
I found them in several catalogs, (Car & Truck Shop, LMC, Mac's, etc.), but nobody carries them anymore...but they still list them as available on-line and in their catalogs...very frustrating! So far, the bushings are the only thing available.
I need a set of these last week!
My truck is my daily transportation and it's been out of commission for about two weeks because I cannot find these parts.

What kind of shape are they in?
Do I need to get new bushings?
