Component Operating Temps - baseline
Just as a reference point, I thought I would post these operating temps on my 2002 Navi. (I shot these temps with a Raytek infrared thermometer about 5 minutes after towing the boat ~250 miles- mostly Interstates.)
Ambient temp...........85*
Engine coolant.........188*
Engine oil pan..........166*
Front diff................128*
Transmission pan......143*
Transfer case..........148*
Rear diff .................143*
Hopefully it will serve as a benchmark for some members here.
