Need some advice!

ok as some of you might know i am debating on either keeping my dually or keeping the SRW truck that i just got. anyways the SRW truck seemed to be slighly puking. i changed the cap today so we will see if that helps but this thing is studded, bullet egr, new oil cooler, the whole 9 yards. what else other than another head gasket would cause it to puke. btw this thing is all stock. never had anything on it so there has been no way for the studs to "stretch". the egr cooler is also good i checked it while doing the STC fitting

i would guess good. i havent torn into it to find out. how would that cause puking though? and idk im still tossing up the idea of selling the DRW tyler but it depends on if its just a cap or something else. and blade i think your confusing this truck with my brothers who is having the high temps as well

well iif the cap dont fix I think you have 2 options compression check & water pump front cover

If the water pump is not moving enough coolant to it could cause puke
hows the temps
ECT usualy/sometimes spikes with a bad headgasket

the coolant is at the correct level about 1/4" below min mark. i bought the truck with the signs of puking but i figured since the guy had hardly ever washed the truck and never touched the engine bay that it was just never cleaned after the head stud job. so i cleaned it and drove it for a few days and everything was great then i poped the hood friday and 2 places where it had puked and ran down the bottle. so far though the new cap seems to be working but like i said it took a few days for it to appear last time so we shall see
