So about a week ago I had some work done on my 2000 Ranger v6 to fix some issues, and they replaced a lot of the radiator tubes, including the radiator coolant flush T. After about 3 days of driving, and the truck performing really well, I start hearing a rattle on the way home from work on the highway that gets worse, to the point that I'm not getting any power when I push the accelerator. Turns out whoever replaced the flush T did a poor job and it just came off and spewed coolant all over the inside of the hood causing it to overheat... Well after replacing the flush T and all of the fluids, the engine now has a miss when it is idling. The miss is not there or it is negligible when getting up to speed, it is only when the engine is at idle speed that you can notice the rocking produced by the miss. The CEL is on. But right when you step on the accelerator the miss goes away. Any ideas?

you need to read the codes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!and report back with the actual code #
I don't have a scanner handy so I'm going to take the truck to a store or something and have them read the codes for me. I did find that there was some coolant fluid on one of the spark plugs though, does that mean that I pretty likely have a cracked head? Is there anything else that would really cause that? Also if I had a cracked head, wouldn't I feel the miss at all speeds instead of just at idle? It is very smooth at speeds over 30 mph.
I have had this problem with cars I work on daily. Miss at idle and run fine when accelerating. For me it was burned valves not sealing properly. A cracked head or blown head gasket could cause the same symptoms. what happens during acceration the engine is turning faster and not losing as much combustion chamber pressure as when it is idling. If you do a compresson test or a leak down test you'll find the cylinder. Your engine light might tell you which it is too. You might get just a P0300 which tells you what you already know, but if the miss is bad enough you might get a P0301, P0302, etc. A guy on here recently had receded valves on his caused the same problem. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...-of-ideas.html
