'54 DASH progress and pics "PAINT"!
many of you know I have a very tight budget: I was able to sell some stuff and thanks too my coolest wife I got the paint I needed to finish the dash before wiring...I was so giddy after shooting the clear I Mocked my dash insert and dolphin gages:...enjoy

insert is from MiD50, I had to file down some of the holes for the gages to slide in...but for price Its great...I'm very happy, and always pleased with MiD50...

It's little things like this, and being caught in the drivers seat pretending to be driving at 11pm that gives some people the will to carry on their projects.

The dash turned out great. That's the color I painted my in-laws' 54 Chevy Bel-Air.

Very nice man. Congratulations for the progress dude. On a funny note not many of us here are NOT on a budget . Between selling junk I dont want to buddies or at swap meets and scouring Craigslist and Ebay for junk others dont want that is the way Im building
