horrible problems
Ok i have a 01 f150 that had a rod knock so i did a motor swap with a 03 5.4 liter now at idle it runs fine but if you stab the throttle its backfires through the intake and will die if you ease in the throttle it will rev up the codes it throws is all transmission codes and two O2 sensor please help

The codes indicate the harness down the passenger side and back to the trans and OX sensors are open.
Beyond that I can't tell you anything until you get that straightened out.
Work one problem at a time.
That harness passes all the transmission signals for shifting.
It may even be an open fuse that supplies all the power on that harness.
If it is open or blown the trans and sensors won't work.
Btw, I have had the issue and know the motor does not like it.

Fuse open, burnt out, blown etc all mean the same thing, it won't pass power.
In the engine bay power distribution box, the fuse is located.
Look at your owners manuel for fuses locations.
It may be listed as HEGO, TRANSMISSION.
Don't just look at it, test it.
