P0603 is an PCM error that it's memory was wiped... like I said in your other thread it's from either the batteries being disconnected, or a flip-chip. (Or removing the PCM.)
I get the 603 code each time I use my PHP chip.... nothing to worry about.
You can block the HP lines one side at a time , it will require some fittings to cap the line . If you have a leak in the replaced injector , block off that side . If that is what is wrong ,the ICP will increase & the truck may well start .
If you wish , you can use a gauge in the lines to verify ICP . This way , you can unhook both lines & dead head the HP Pump to test the IPR with the gauge ....
, If you hold the ICP connector looking into it with the latch on top, the left pin is Vref, center is ICP signal, and right is Signal return. The corresponding wire colors(IIRC) should be brown/white, dark blue/light green, and grey/red.
At key on, you should get a .25v to .4v signal. Operational range for the sensor is .65v to 3.25v. Some approximate pressures compared to voltage signal would be:
500psi = about .85-.87v
1000psi = about 1.4v
1800psi = about 2.3v
2400psi = about 3v
3000psi = about 3.8v
I pulled the injector I changed an the O rings looked fine to me...should i check all others. Also, I put 12v directy to the IPR and it doesnt click or anything. It may be stuck open really bad?
