I have a 94 f350 that used 3/4 of a tank of diesel in 5 mile to and from work the engine has no leak it just started so I don't know if it's both tanks or just one don't want lose that much money that fast again any help appreciated
Diesel fuel does not evaporate quickly like gas so any leak should be easy to see. Check the tanks and lines from the tanks, including the fill pipes.
Check also that diesel is not showing on the engine oil dipstick (bad lift pump).
Make sure that it is not just a gauge problem instead of a leak.
Also could someone be stealing the fuel?
X2 on the selector valve...
I was going to ask if your engine oil level was rising, suspecting a leaking diaphram in the lift pump, but not with that much fuel...
