Diesel fuel does not evaporate quickly like gas so any leak should be easy to see. Check the tanks and lines from the tanks, including the fill pipes.
Check also that diesel is not showing on the engine oil dipstick (bad lift pump).
Make sure that it is not just a gauge problem instead of a leak.
Also could someone be stealing the fuel?

Are you sure its lost? Could the tank valve be stuck and the return line is putting the return fuel in your other tank?

(I'm being optomistic, lol)

X2 on the selector valve...
I was going to ask if your engine oil level was rising, suspecting a leaking diaphram in the lift pump, but not with that much fuel...

There is no fuel in the oil both tanks empty and no visible leaks looks like someone is stealing it ( what a shame) I'll try locking gas caps

The fix for a pickup using that much fuel with no visible leak comes in several different guages and calibers, many work equally well.
