Fuel Pump???
How long does it normally take the fuel pump to prime up when key is cycled? Mine seen to be taking a really long time and sounds like its struggling to do it with a whining sound. been having a very low power bug with no codes. filters are new, oil is somewhat fresh, new oil cooler/egr cooler, I.C boots seem to check out good as far as I could tell with soapy water.Like I have mentioned before the dam thing sounds so quiet like a gasser and seem like its not making boost. can barley hear the turbo either. Please help!

When you key ON the pump will run for only a short time then shut off. What year, miles, other info you can give. You can test the fuel pressure by tapping into the metric port on the upper fuel filter. You need to get some facts down before you start chasing a problem.
