for your viewing pleasure, here are a couple websites i found offering an aftermarket kit. there are alot of different options, so maybe (if you guys plan on going this route) you can find one that suits your needs! i think i'm going to go the cheaper route, and find a donor truck, even though i know it'll be a tougher job...

I may have to peak through my pic collection of the work I did installing AC, and see what I can do about a write up. In all seriousness though, it is fairly simple! The hardest part is finding a complete unit in the junk yard!
