Hey Gang.......
Does any one know if wheels from a 79 F-250 4x4 will bolt on to a 91 F-250 4x4 HD? They are the stock steel wheels with the 13/16" lug nuts, whereas the 91 has the 1 1/8" lug nuts. I don't want to buy them if they won't fit the 91 and the weather currently prohibits just trying one on for fitment. Thanx BTV

measure the spacing on your wheel studs from center to center. also measure the stud diameter and center hole diameter. then do the same with the other wheel and compare the 2.
i think all ford 8 lug wheels have the same measurements, but it wont hurt to double check.

The lug pattern itself is the same, however the center hole might be smaller on the '79 than it is on the '91.
I also believe that a '79 dana 60 uses 1/2" lug studs where the '91 Ford 10.25" uses 9/16" lugs.
