Suspension Squeaking

My Explorer squeaks when I'm going over a speedbump, pulling out a driveway, pulling off, etc. If you stand on the side of her and push it back and forth you can hear the noise coming from the sway bar I think. A guy at a tire shop (NTB/SEARS) told me to put "White Lightning Grease" in the joints (while moving it back and forth) and that should take care of the noise.

However, recently, I had someone to tell me that my truck may need new shocks because it has too much give on bumps in the roads or what not.

Any opinions on this? Anybody else experienced this before?
