Brian,truck update

AH! Good to hear from you. Sorry for the slow reply. Been out of town.
Truck is doing great. 228,000 miles now and still nothing broken nor needing repairs.
Aside from the axle seal I replaced about 100,000 miles ago, I have not had a single item fail. A minor oil weep now from the front main oil seal but not even bad enough to drip on the driveway.
Nothing else - Just routine maintenance.
I did get a rock to the windshield and it has a crack, but I'm OK with it. It is off to the passenger side and does not interfere with my view.
And, a little ashamed to say..... still running the original serpentine belt.
Still gets about 20 mpg on the interstate and still not burning any oil

Yeah, I have drained the radiator and refilled it I think 3 times. Not a full system flush. Just drain and refill radiator with Zerex G-05 coolant and distilled water.
I have no interest in buying a new truck. I know something will break on Simply Red one day. But until then, I'm driving it!
Really, I hope/plan to see 300,000 miles on it before it croaks.
