Need a little help.
Have a growling sound in my brakes/power steering in the morning. Real loud. Growls when I put in neutral and take foot off brake. Took it to the dealer. Of course they didn't hear anything. Said it was a power steering issue b/c when they checked the power steering fluid it was over full and dirty. Told them I haven't touched it. Don't even know where it is. They acted as though I over filled it. Said it needs to be flushed.
Can someone enlighten me on this. Do I need to just replace the pump so I don't have to come back later. Feel like they are trying to take advantage of me. It's an '08 Super Duty Diesel. Thanks for any help.
