Quick fender question

I ripped the replacement fender off a parts truck without removing the bumper or grill assy. When I put it on my truck, should I remove the grill and bumper to make the job easier, or just unbolt the old one and snake the new one in without messin with the other stuff?

you can take off only the fender and replace with the new one. It may be slightly easier with the other stuff gone, but it's more work to get that stuff off...
